Preparation of Documents:
Your Simply Sold Real Estate agent will prepare all
documentation including counter-offers. Once the final offer has
been received, your agent will go over every detail with you to
make sure you understand and answer any questions you may have.
Offer Presentation: Your
Simply Sold Real Estate will present any counter-offers to the
buyers’ agent in person. Your agent will also work closely and
be in constant contact with the buyers’ agent during the entire
“offer” process.
Negotiations: Your Simply Sold Real Estate agent will
negotiate on your behalf with the buyers’ agent on all aspects
of the offer. If necessary, your agent will also prepare any
counter-offers or addendums which may need to be added to the

Appraisals: An appraisal is
